§ 1. General conditions
There are only these general conditions for the business relations between Klaus Mücke ÖkoSysteme Verlag and the buyer. Other conditions won’t be accepted with the exception that the Klaus Mücke ÖkoSysteme Verlag will agree to other conditions in written form. EBooks can be obtained from downloads on this web site.
§ 2. Sale contract
After ordering the eBook by your personal data in the final step of the ordering process you obligatory accept the ordering. The confirmation of your order follows immediately. The sales contract takes place with our order or with the download of the eBooks.
§ 3. Prices and terms of payment
1. Only if the product was paid with one of the different transfer systems, a download is possible.
2. The prices {rewards} include legally specified VAT.
§ 4. Revocation right
A revocation right does not exist, for the composition of eBooks is not suitable for a return due (§ 312d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 und 2 BGB).
§ 5. Guarantee and liability
If the download of the eBook doesn’t work correctly, the customer has the right to execute a renewed download of the eBooks. There is not any claim going beyond it.
§ 6. Protection of data
The data received in connection with the purchase are evaluated and used according to the protection of data privacy. The buyer has the right to get information, correction, inhibition or deletion of his data after the existing regulations of law.
§ 7. Valid regulations
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany are exclusively valid. The Convention of International Sale of Goods is excluded (CISG).
